At CrossFit Temecula, we are dedicated to the athlete’s safe progression in health and fitness using functional fitness. We will maximize the potential of each individual; whether it is a war fighter, police officer, fire fighter, educator, or mother of two it is important to be prepared for the daily obstacles of life.
We care about not only changing lives, but also creating a positive community for the athletes to excel in. We will accept nothing less than a constant positive and safe atmosphere.
Every athlete will be coached and supervised by a qualified CrossFit Instructor to ensure a safe surrounding. We will prepare our athletes for daily obstacles keeping the CrossFit methodology in mind, which is “constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity”.
